All-Star Game Home Run Logs

All-Star players who have hit a home run during their first All-Star at-bat AND did it while pinch hitting were: George Altman (1961 All-Star Game), Lee Mazzilli (1979 All-Star Game), Jeff Conine (1995 All-Star Game). & Hank Blalock (2003 All-Star Game).

Did you know that there have been five players who have hit more than one home run during the same All-Star Game? Those players in order are: Arky Vaughan (1941 All-Star Game), Ted Williams (1946 All-Star Game), Al Rosen (1954 All-Star Game), Willie McCovey (1969 All-Star Game) and Gary Carter (1981 All-Star Game).

Which of these one-hundred sixty-five All-Star Game home runs is your favorite? Which was the most dramatic? Which one made an impact on the game itself? Share your opinions on these topics — and others — on Baseball Fever.
