Saint Mary's College of California M.L.B. Player Alumnus

The Saint Mary's College of California baseball program started in 1863 and Frenchy Bordagary was their first player to make it to the Major League level.

The last Gael of the century to make it to the big leagues was James Mouton who hit his first major league home run on April 23, 1994, off Pirates pitcher Vicente Palacios.

Did you know that there are fifty-eight former St. Mary's players and four former non-players who made it to "the show"? Send corrections or updates to Baseball Almanac.
