Baseball Almanac is pleased to present the top 100 all-time career leaders in Major League games lost by managers. Notes: A bold faced entry denotes that the manager was active during the previous Major League season, an italic entry denotes a Hall of Fame manager, and a grayed-out entry denotes a manager with no Major League experience as a player.
