Millersville University M.L.B. Player Alumnus

The Millersville University baseball program started and stopped several times in history beginning in 1889. Since 1946 they have fielded a team and Jim Todd was their first — and only — player to date to make it to the Major League level.

On Jim Todd's page the school name is listed as Millersville State College which was its official name between 1960 through 1983. Prior to that they were the Millersville State Teachers College (1927 - 1960) and the Millersville State Normal School (1855 - 1927).

Did you know that there was only one former Millersville University of Pennsylvani player who made it to "the show"? Send corrections to Baseball Almanac.
