Vic Janowicz also played football at Ohio State University (1949-1951) and in 1950, he rushed for nine-hundred sixty-eight yards, scored sixteen TDs, punted (setting two team records) and won the 1950 Heisman Trophy — making him the first Heisman Trophy winner to also play Major League baseball.
