Trinity University's baseball program started in 1918 and Tex Jeanes was their first player to make it to the Major League level.

Former Tiger Mickey Mahler threw a no-hitter in 1972 versus Augustana College and still holds Trinity University records for complete games in a season with twelve (12) in 1974 and career wins with twenty-eight (28).
