Baseball Twins

Eddie O'Brien and Johnny O'Brien, Ozzie Canseco and Jose Canseco, & Joe Shannon and Red Shannon were all twins who all also happened to be teammates on the same major league team.

Did you know that twenty-five (25) hall of fame members had a brother who played in the Major Leagues, but none of them were twins? Too easy? Did you know that on the final day of the 1915 season Joe Shannon played in his final Major League game & his twin brother, Red Shannon, made his major league debut in the same exact game?

Jose Canseco is the first twin, and the first Hispanic player, with more than four-hundred (400+) home runs during a Major League baseball career.
