From 1961 to 1964, the Anaheim Angels (click here for their managers) were the Los Angeles Angels. In 1965, they were renamed the California Angels (click here for their managers) and in 1997 they became the modern day Anaheim Angels only to change their name to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in 2005!

During the 1962 season the Los Angeles Angels, who had an eight-six & seventy-six (86-76) record, had their largest attendance when 1,144,063 fans attended home games.
