Did you know that this defunct National League franchise originated in the American Association where they were also called the Baltimore Orioles and played from 1882-1891?

What happened to this club? The owners were also half-owners of the Brooklyn franchise and switched the 'stars' to that team prior to the National League's team cutbacks in 1900.
