This team changed their name to the Chicago Colts in 1890, then the Chicago Orphans in 1898, and in 1902 they became the modern day Chicago Cubs. Here is a chart with direct links to each team name's managers:

On January 31, 1898, the organization fired Cap Anson, which was the same day they changed their name to the Chicago Orphans.
