Baseball Crossword Puzzle : The 1960 Season

The last pure season was a time when most of the game's players earned a salary about twenty-five times that of the average American, compared to 1999, where that ratio is nearly four-hundred times greater. The Pirates shocked the world, Ted Williams left the game, and two new teams entered the American League. This crossword puzzle pays tribute to those events and others which took place during The 1960 Season.
