Ronald Alvin Negray was a Major League Baseball player who pitched for the Brooklyn Dodgers (1952), Philadelphia Phillies (1955-1956) and Los Angeles Dodgers (1958). Ron, his nickname, was the starting pitcher in a exhibition baseball game played on March 8, 1958, the first one ever played by the Dodgers after moving from Brooklyn to Los Angeles!
