Did you know that Brooks Conrad hit a walk-off super slam (aka ultimate slam) on May 20, 2010, the first by an Atlanta Braves player, the second in franchise history (Del Crandall, September 11, 1955, with the 1955 Milwaukee Braves, was the first), and if you research every instance where the three-run deficit was reversed in the bottom of the ninth, you'll also discover it was only the second super slam in Major League history done by a pinch hitter (Jack Phillips, July 8, 1950, 1950 Pittsburgh Pirates, was the first).

Brooks Conrad | Walk Off Super Slam | May 20, 2010 | MLB Advanced Media

Brooks Conrad, during the 2010 Divison Series, set a new Division Series record for errors (at any position, any length Division Series) with four. The previous record was three, set originally by Jerry Manuel (in 1981), then tied by Eric Young (1995), Ken Caminiti (1996), Charlie Hayes (1997), Julio Lugo (2001) and Scott Brosius (2001). After Game 3 (he had three of the four in that game which tied the Division Series single-game record).

Conrad said to the media, "Its completely embarrassing. Once again, I felt like I let everybody down. I feel terrible. It's a whole lot to swallow. That last one, I tracked the whole way and tried to stay in front of it, at least. It seemed to go right through he. Weird feeling, but no excuses. It was a terrible performance tonight. I'll do my best to get over it, but that's probably not going to happen for a long time, if ever. I wish I could dig a hole and go sleep in there."

The Clutch Performer of the Month Award was presented by Pepsi to the player who performed his best when the game was on the line. In May 2010, Brooks Conrad won the Major League Baseball Clutch Performer of the Month Award, the first Atlanta Braves player to receive the honor. Later that same year, Pepsi & MLB discontinued the award making Conrad the only player in team history to be named a Clutch Performer.
