Autograph Of The Week : Brady Anderson

On May 23, 1999, Brady Anderson was playing for the Baltimore Orioles on the ESPN game of the night. During that game he was hit twice by a pitch.

Why is this noteworthy and why did Baseball Almanac select him as an Autograph of the Week? Because he was hit twice by a pitch during the same inning and this was the first time in American League history that such a unique feat had occurred.

"That season (1996) was unusual but it's still one I'm proud of." - Brady Anderson
